We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a legal retention duty applies.

Contact and demo requests: normally no longer than 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a customer relationship starts or longer retention is needed.
Customer, contract and administrative data: during the customer relationship and afterwards according to statutory tax retention periods, usually 7 years.
Security logs: normally no longer than 6 months, unless longer retention is needed to investigate incidents, abuse or legal obligations.
Cookie preferences: as long as needed to remember your choice or until you change your choice.

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent. If you withdraw consent, earlier processing based on consent remains lawful.
